Your mission is vital.

Let’s bring it to the world.

Values + Structure = Impact

What We Value

Integrity and Candor

We strive to build your trust so you know you can count on us.

Equity Is Infrastructure

Diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging are crucial pillars of successful impact. Systems that overlook power, access, and lived experience are fragile by design.

Go Further Together

Our relationship is vital to achieving your goals. We will build your organization’s capacities through knowledge and systems. “Off the shelf” solutions rarely are solutions.

Rigor and Humanity

We bring analytical discipline, clear thinking, and operational rigor to our work while also remaining grounded in the human realities of mission-driven organizations. We respect the emotional labor, complexity, and various constraints our clients face.

Focus Areas

We work with a non-profits, foundations, and mission driven companies worldwide. Yeah, we’ve probably worked in your context before.

Jared Leiderman

Founder of Grow Impact

(and shockingly, also the CFO)

In graduate school, I was part of a program for social entrepreneurs. On our first day, each student spoke ardently about their work: welcoming immigrants in the U.S.; selling solar microgrids that provide clean energy jobs; ensuring access to contraception in rural Kenya.

As each person spoke, I was fully on board: “Yes! I’m in!”

But my mind went to questions of how:
How can we encourage open mindsets across whole communities?
How do you produce and sell solar panels with a positive margin?

How can you piggyback on existing distribution systems to get healthcare anywhere you can get a Coke?

Put short, I’m the “how” guy.

Experience

I’ve had over 15 years experience as CFO for direct service nonprofits, foundations, and others. My work spanned four continents from grassroots peacebuilding efforts in northern Uganda to expanding college access nationally to advising the Chief Prosecutor of the International Criminal Court.
